Beetroot Chips
Ingredients
- 3-4 beets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To make the beet chips, slice the whole, raw beets into thin slices.
- Arrange on baking tray lined with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil spray or lightly brushed with oil. Sprinkle the sliced beets with sea salt.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Allow to cool.
