Creamy Peach Smoothie

  • 2 peaches ripe, quartered, pits removed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1⁄4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • handful ice
  • protein powder (optional)
  • Blend everything until creamy and smooth.
  • To make a complete meal, use protein powder. Add protein at the very end (you don’t want to overblend protein powder).
