Creamy Tahini Dressing
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup water
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Add water if needed to thin, it will thicken as it chills.
This dressing doubles as a sauce or dip! When using as a sauce (like on the Mushroom Lentil Tacos) or a dip, you’ll want to keep it on the thicker side. If you're using it as a dressing, keep it thinner by adding more water.
