Lime + Chili Almonds
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Lay almonds on lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, allow to cool, then serve as a spicy snack or topping for salads.
Make ahead tip: Keep these on hand for an easy snack, to impress guests or a way to dress up a salad! They store well in a sealed container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
