Maple Vinaigrette

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Whisk balsamic vinegar with maple syrup, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a more creamy texture blend this up in a blender or food processor!
