Spicy Sweet Curry Hummus
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 15 oz chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder use less if it’s a spicy curry
- 3 tbsp water
- Add garlic and salt to food processor, pulsing to mince the garlic. Add the chickpeas, olive oil and lime juice. Process for 30 seconds, then add curry powder and water. Process for 1 ½ minutes.
- Taste and adjust the salt if needed. If you would like the hummus a bit thinner, you can add 1 or 2 additional tablespoons of water.
