Spicy Thai Dressing

Serves: 1 cup


1⁄4 cup almond butter or sun ower seed butter
1⁄4 cup warm water
1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey*
2 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 “ piece ginger, peeled and chopped
1 1⁄2 teaspoons sesame oil
1⁄2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Enjoy - it’s addictive!
*Omit honey for PN Clean
