Hi Catherine! Great questions – while these cookies are okay on P20, we definitely advise moderation as they have natural sugar than most of our recipes. One idea would be to make a batch and freeze the rest to eat as desired….or share with others. For chocolate chips we recommend the following brands: Enjoy Life, Hu Chocolate & Lilys (they are dairy free and contain no refined sugar). The recipe also calls for coconut sugar – Coconut sugar is always brown as it unrefined. It is sold at most grocery stores as well as Thrive Market if you shop online. Hope this helps!
