Highly recommend the cauliflower tabouli !

  • Yesterday we made the cauliflower tabouli. Seriously – check that out. So good. Today I had the leftovers for lunch with some rotisserie chicken and it was awesome. I think tabouli is better day #2!

    Anyone have any other favorites that can be made in advance and are still exciting as leftovers the next day?

  • Oh that sounds amazing! Here’s the link for anyone else who wants to add it to their saved recipes or meal plan for next week:

    I made a sheet of roasted sweet potatoes and had them with my eggs and sauteed spinach this morning as “breakfast potatoes.” Batch cooking is really the best!
