Them are some GOOD Cookies!

  • Favorite recipe for breakfast cookies. I’ve made these a lot, and they are great for breakfast on the run, or a mid-afternoon snack. Filled with all of the good things. Try them. You’ll like them!

  • Looks amazing! I may try with maple syrup for the sweetner and almond meal flour. Nice idea for breakfast and also for kids between school and activities.

  • Thanks for sharing, Claudia! P20 is a great time to experiment with less brown rice syrup, too – just to see if they’re still yummy without some of the sugar! Another tip – when buying dried cranberries, check the ingredients list. A lot of times they add sugar! Choose unsweetened dried cranberries for the same great taste without the additional sugar.

If you’re into breakfast cookies, here’s a new P20 recipe to try, too!

  • Lisa W – I actually do those two subs myself. Daughter is gluten intolerant, and I’ve gotten out of the habit of using wheat flour.
