Oh yes… such a great topic! We’ll dive into this a bit more next week but our favorites are easy grab and gos – mixed nuts, hard boiled egg, veggies and hummus, sliced apples + nut butter. I picked up this great travel cooler at Target a couple months ago for this exact reason – on the road travel. It has a little velcro opening for each access. You can also get fancy and pre make breakfast cookies (great for snacking) or a homemade granola too… I’d love to hear what others bring for these sorts of occasions!
