Hi! I’m also a PN alum. I’m hoping to get back on board as we’ve been eating lots of junk in the past few months. The last time I did the program, I was going through a crazy home remodel that took forever and I managed without a kitchen. I know this time will be a lot simpler (even if I have to give up the nightly drink! Boy, I’m going to miss it). I am a yoga teacher, wife, and mom to two girls ages 10 and 9. They’re big helpers in the kitchen right now and I’m excited to get them involved. Looking forward to the new recipes and getting bak on track.
