Natalie! So excited to have you on board for P20. Emptying out the freezer and pantry of non-P20-approved items makes the next 20 days MUCH easier. We often hear that the first five days are tough as you find yourself trying to create new habits (go-to snacks, evening routine shifts of mocktails/baths and spending more time in the kitchen). Our team is doing this program along with the entire group so please chime in to the discussion board if at any point we can be helpful or supportive. It sounds like you are doing an awesome job of getting sleep and regular exercise so by giving your digestion a reboot…we are confident that you will have more energy by the end of the program!
