Hi again, Tracy! I hear you on not wanting an argument at dinner time. We’ve had lots of parents-of-picky-eaters in P20 in the past, and while each child is so different…here are a some ideas:
1) Add cauliflower rice to white rice (mix together and drizzle with olive oil or butter) along with any protein for dinner – one meal that the entire family may enjoy?
2) The honey dijon chicken one sheet pan dinner is often a hit
3) The go-to chicken is often a crowd pleaser too
4) Smoothies – an easy way to sneak in veggies (frozen cauliflower and zucchini are nearly flavorless when added to fruit)
5) The Banana Bread and Collagen N’ice cream are usually super kid-friendly
