Hi Beth! Welcome back to P20! You’re definitely not alone in falling into the “all-or-nothing” trap – it’s a sticky, tempting one, for sure! And I think a lot of us women, myself included, easily get tricked into the hope and thrill of new diets and then feel the guilt and shame that comes with “falling off track.” We hope you find a sustainable middle ground through P20 – that’s our goal! We like to say P20 is for ALL eaters – past Whole 30’ers, vegetarians, grazers, 3-square meal-ers…we welcome everyone 🙂 Our goal is to help you find a way of eating that works for YOU and, in the end, is as inclusive as possible.

This seems like a great time to find some meals and snacks your family enjoys that you’ll be able to whip up easily once your job transitions back to “mostly not at home.” We’re big fans of batch cooking and you’ll find make-ahead tips in the notes of a lot of our recipes. That said, while you have a little more time, it could be fun to try some of the “fancier” recipes that require a little more prep than you’d normally have time for! Have fun with it!
