Honestly, any of our P20 recipes are great to add to your meal plan if you’re trying to lower your cholesterol. Try to stick to plant-dominant meals that are low in sugar, free of trans fats, lower in saturated fats (some saturated fat from high quality animal protein and coconut is OK) and high in fiber. Your P20 Plate and P20 Pyramid handouts in your Resources are great references. Daily movement and regular exercise can also help manage cholesterol and especially help raise HDL (“good”) cholesterol.
