Hi Ann, Glad you are listening to what your body prefers when it comes to protein powder – it’s your best guide! That said, I typically recommend slowly easing into collagen as too much at once can cause bloating for some people. For example, you could try one serving (generally a scoop) per day, either all at once or split into two “doses.” If that feels great, you can always try a scoop in the AM and one PM. The quality/brand is also super important – you want to be sure that any collagen consumed is all pasture-raised cows or wild-caught fish. It sounds like whey protein is working well for you though so feel free to stick with that route unless you’d like to give collagen another try. How are you feeling in general on P20?
