The chocolate tahini cookies are what my husband calls “yummy fall apart cookies” because he cannot wait until they cool to eat them either. That said, you are correct…they do stay together once they have cooled completely (10-15 min) – they are so nutrient-dense, having TWO cookies is totally fair game!
