Hi Natalie! Yes, cassava flour should work. Coconut flour can be a great option; however, substitute 1 cup of almond for 1/2 cup of coconut flour. GF oat flour works great (my personal fav) but takes an extra step – put GF oats into a food processor to make flour. Bob’s Red Mills also makes a nice GF all purpose flour.
