Hi, my name is Brandy and I’m from Denver, CO! I find myself wondering a lot about foods that could possibly be making me uncomfortable (i.e. bloating, heart burn, etc.) as well as getting a better understanding of what “intuitive eating” actually means. I don’t think I have a good grasp of this concept and find that I likely go on binges of eating “really healthy” and “not healthy”. So overall, I’m hopeful to better balance myself.
