Hi I’m Heather and I live in Plymouth, MN. I’m currently finishing up my last few weeks of maternity leave and getting ready to have 2 working adults, a 3 year old and a newborn at home this winter. I have completed a few Prescribe 20’s a few years ago and I’m back because I need to start eating better food to support breastfeeding, postpartum recovery and kick this sugar habit that has taken over. Looking forward to getting back to quality whole foods!
