Hi all – I’m Jamie, living in Lafayette, CO (which is right next to Boulder, north of Denver). I’ve been on quite the journey since 2016, when I lost 100 pounds through diet and exercise. I’ve maintained the weight loss, and a few months ago had skin removal surgery, but did emerge from it all with some pretty unhealthy habits/thoughts around food. I am admittedly terrified of carbs (I lost all the weight eating low carb) and really want to learn to eat in a way that I can maintain my weight loss without tracking everything–it’s my default whenever I start to feel like things aren’t going well. I know I can always learn more and am excited to do this!
