Hi, I’m Colleen! I live in Minneapolis, MN. I’m the only cook in my household and when I don’t feel like cooking, my husband and I end up getting takeout or pulling something quick from the freezer. I’m looking forward to the structure of P20 while also hoping to add some staple, healthy and easy recipes to my cooking repertoire. My husband and I are also hoping to start a family in the next year or so and properly fueling my body is important.
