Hi all ! I am late to introducing myself, but I am also here with Dani’s group! I live in Atlanta, GA where I’m working on my doctorate. I’m here because I’ve fallen into a major recipe rut in COVID, and really need a jolt of inspiration. I’ve also struggled to make time to eat healthy breakfasts and lunches throughout the day — I find that while working from home, I end up glued to my computer and don’t even realize I’m hungry until its several hours past when I should have had a meal! So, working on all of this as we go 🙂
